You're pitching a luxury service (Haircut with the fancy side service) but planning to do it in a very cheap way (pot noodles and microwave meals out of a 12v mini fridge). You're basically going for the worst of both worlds. People who want "an experience" will be put off by the cheapness of the offering, and people who want a simple haircut will be put off by the whole food gimmick.

Pick one and run with it. Given the size of the space you have to work with, I'd recommend you go for the simple option. Decent quality haircuts done quick with a minimum of fuss. You don't have the space to compete with the pint-and-a-haircut boutiques.
