| Comment | I'm not suggesting we SHOULD round them up, just pointing out why there are so many. Some cities both in the UK and beyond have a more proactive approach to getting them off the streets with varying degrees of success, where someone coming from there would be shocked to see so many out in the open sitting comfortably as if they see no reason why they won't be there all day. |
