They’re basically acting like a factor. I think you’d need to get an agreement in place with the majority of your fellow tenants that you want a new factor or are seeking to self-factor.
Keeping in mind that any new costs etc would have to be negotiated with multiple properties etc I’d be inclined to leave it to the pros.
But yeah experiences the same of a factored street scape/play park where none of the maintained areas were in proximity to my property and had to suck it up. |
