| Comment | That’s a busy time for flat hunting due to the influx of students although by September hopefully it’s starting to settle down a bit. A week isn’t a huge amount of time to find a place but it really depends on how picky you are and if you’re really constrained by money.
If I were you I’d get a list of letting agencies and email them and explain the situation. They’d hopefully be able to give you an idea of places which will be available around that time.
Edit: I’m unsure about the guarantor situation. If you can prove you have enough income it should be okay. Also, if you’re happy to share with someone you should check out spareroom |
