| Comment | That's odd, I've just gone onto the Scotrail app and it lets my buy a single stop ticket from Hillington West to Paisley (it's a trip I often take, and the ticket machine and kiosk are on the other platform so not great if you are in a rush) and that seems to work fine, which is a relief.
Not saying you are wrong of course, but I wonder if they have specified certain stations and trips that they aren't allowing people to use the app for. Fully agree inconveniencing the many for the sake of the few is just so short sighted. In fact, if I wasn't able to buy a mobile ticket for that journey I'd just by from the conductor or ticket folk at Gilmour St which means if they aren't there I'd essentially be travelling free but only because of their short sightedness. |
