You really need to drop any notion of standards though. Try to do viewings for 1-2 days as soon as possible once you land and pick one of them regardless of the quality.
Due to the time frame you're also going to have competition.
It's quite common for landlords to get multiple notes of interest and basically pull a name out of a metaphorical hat. |
