How does this work from a legal stand point? I’m a complete novice but am pretty good at learning and following tutorials etc and have been tempted to convert my own loft.
I take it’s just a case of meeting the building requirements and getting it signed off? Are there certain parts aside from gas and electric that need to be done be a registered pro? |
