Do you get a breakdown of what you're paying for and are you getting the service they say theyre providing? Go through your statement with a fine tooth comb and make sure you are. Part of your payment is likely to be your buildings insurance which if you have a mortgage will be mandatory as a condition of the mortgage.
Factors fees are part of home ownership unfortunately - they're not optional. Have you contacted CAB etc to check you're getting everything you're entitled to? |
