| Comment | Factor fees doubling in less than 12 months for standard factoring service is unheard of. The only reason your monthly cost would rise that much is if there is a major project on the building which your're now paying for and which the Factor, particularly a Housing Association would have communicated with you about or you're in such substantial arrears that they have increased the monthly payments to make up the shortfall so as to prevent them taking legal action. |
