My factor decided to conduct surveys on our tenement (south side) without telling anyone. For example one was a structural surveys because we had moss growing in between some bricks! Each cost about 900 quid and we all got bills for about 500£. I fought it for about 3 months and threatened to stop paying factors altogether and they ended up ripping up the invoices.
