| Comment | Same here. The culture around blaming the council is the same culture that keeps this going, its always someone elses fault especially those politicians. It definitely cant be the people of Glasgow who keep throwing the litter around.
No council in the world could afford to hire enough people to keep on top of the mountain of litter Glaswegians make. |
