not passing the buck, but the council needs to do more as well. theres a spot near where I live, thats was a dump 8 years ago, and its a dump still - zero attempt to clear it up. not excusing the clatty bastards that made the mess, but of the council doesnt have the means to tidy up an 8 year old mess, then fuck them too.
also, is everyone having to pay £50 extra now to have ur brown bin picked up or is my missus trolling me?
