| Comment | Yep, I live in social housing in new builds in Edinburgh and litter is a huge issue.
People use their front garden as a bin just chucking bin bags out the door and leaving it, council don’t pick it up because it’s not in the bin so eventually animals rip it apart and scatter it down the street. They also park on the grass outside their house rather than the car park at their back door because “I want to be parked in front of my house not at the back”.
I confronted a neighbour about the littering and she said “I can’t use the bins because they’re dirty and I might break my nails opening them. Also, I’m scared of rats” - manky bastards man. |
