Not to excuse your neighbours, they're being pretty inconsiderate, but this is a fundamental nature of how sound works. Bass travels further because longer waves diffract (bend) around objects. It would be the same regardless of whether they were listening to Calvin Harris, Kobosil, Johnny Cash, the Supremes or even opera (trust me you don't wanna be on the other side of an inconsiderate neighbour who's an opera fan). The main issue here is the ridiculous volume they're playing stuff at. |
