Common foods that people actually eat not much different that everywhere else. Usual restaurants serve burgers, pizza, fried chicken and steaks etc.
Scottish food that I like includes Bells pies, potato scone in a roll with HP or daddies brown sauce. Feel like the battered mars bar thing is a myth.
If you do visit there is a restaurant in Falkirk called Christie’s that does Scottish tapas and I was very pleased with our meal there. |
