I spoke to a taxi driver the other week, was taking me about 9miles (going drinking with mates, no Ubers would accept the ride), and told him I had been pied a few times by other Taxi’s before he said yes. He told me that their not allowed to refuse fares. Which if true means I’ve had dozens of drivers break the rules over the years.
