This group are from a recognised culture and they have their rights. If the march was allowed to pass respectfully there would have been no issue.
I think people need to realise the world doesn't revolve around them: "there's a big march been organised in town for a while but Im going to disrupt it because I planned poorly". Kinda ignorant, no?
I'm sure if people were polite and respectful to the stewards they would have found a way to help them out.
If you have a bad medical condition I would hope you would take precautions or be aware of necessary facilities. I doubt very much that there would only be a toilet on a side of the road that was impossible to get to...?
