Still repeating yourself. I disagree entirely with your basic premise that it is acceptable to make a member of the public wait 30 minutes to cross a busy public road when a parade is going by.
Apparently the law also disagrees with you since those two men have now been charged and are awaiting court dates. The woman on the other hand has not been charged with anything at all. Funny that.
