They know what they are doing. Wealthy people don't want to live with us povvos around. Exclusivity, status, shit like this is what they care about. Every city is pushing the povvos towards the boundaries. Even better if we get to a situation like Paris where they are closed off outside and when there are riots of problems, just put a barrier and close them inside. They will figure it out.
