Normally I'm against photographing strangers in public entirely, but the photo has nothing that could be identified. If the title didn't say "her" I'd have no idea if it was a man or a woman.
Admittedly I wouldn't have taken the photo myself, but this city has a serious problem with the number of alcoholics, drug addicts, and general nutjobs wandering the streets. As long as nobody's being personally shamed with identifying information then we need people to make a bit of noise about it to maybe embarrass those accountable for the problem into taking some action. |
