I think when platform opened there were literal food truck type things in it that were all independent. Post covid- they’ve gotten rid of that and offer a street food esque offering from a centralised kitchen which isn’t the same vibe.

Like I’ll sit at a big wooden bench seat for street food, but for table service I’d want to be somewhere a bit nicer for the money.

Also they are adamant on catering to families and I have no interest in getting shitfaced on cocktails with toddlers around. I know all the OG Arches goers are now old and have kids now- but it’s not somewhere that I want to be child friendly. It should be an adults playground.
