Long story but BT tried to get me to pay hundreds of quid for BT Sports after sky had said they couldn’t actually install sky in my flat.
Just called multiple times until I got someone who wasn’t a bellend and they cancelled it free of charge. Make sure you’re recording complaints with them and set a deadline at which point you’ll complain to Ofcom. The providers have to pay Ofcom for any complaint sent their way so it’s rarely in their interests to actually play that one out. |
