I'm not really sure what it is that you're trying to even convince me of at this point. That it's ok to expect someone to be diverted half an hour so a parade can go past them? You're never going to convince me that it's acceptable.
It isn't an evidence based argument you're making, it's purely grounded in your own belief that it's acceptable to assault people trying to cross your path when they may have an emergency.
