Not that cheap no, but the ridacard (monthly unlimited travel including the airport buses, trams & night buses too) is £60 for 4 weeks - I used to take the bus to & from work every day, other personal journeys about 4-6 times a week and to/from the airport once a month, which works out around £1 per journey
