Going to have to go to Lupe Pintos for those I think. I don't think a standard cash and carry will stock them. Sometimes you can get poblano flakes in Sainsbury's but Lupe Pintos's will have loads of dried anchos (both whole and powdered) and tinned whole peppers.
They are not the cheapest but peppers and chillies are pretty cheap overall so they are still affordable:
