Youre absolutely correct - they admitted fault but it wasnt malicious. It was an accident and that's what you pay insurance for.
You could of course consider contacting your local MP to see if they have any contacts is GHA as its a repeated incident and maybe they'll have a more serious word with the tennent about causing damage etc but you'll still need to contact your insurance about your own flat |
