The coal authority does have it down as being in a development high risk area - probable shallow coal mine workings. By the look of things there's also a few untreated shafts nearby. However, seeing as those tenemants have been there for >100 years it's unlikely, although not impossible, that the cracks have anything to do with movement in the ground. My first guess would be that the cracking is more likely related to the structure itself, e.g. age, lack of maintenance and water ingress etc.
