Is it the paint that's peeling, or just the lacquer ? if its the latter, it might be worth wet sanding the panel yourself and getting a can of lacquer and doing some prep yourself. done it myself in the past but I worked in a garage so had some experience. not the hardest thing to do though for an acceptable finish.
