Im absolutely gutted but not shocked.
This has clearly been brewing for a while - theres been a couple of instances in the past couple of months where numerous staff have phoned in sick on the same day and as a result theyve ran with one person on the bar(the manager i think) and one chef all day.
One of the times they ended up saying they werent doing any food orders with the exception of people that had advance bookings(presumably so the chef wasnt too stressed/could help out front at points)
Hopefully theres a complete review and they get whatever is due to them/better workplace conditions moving forward |
