Well no one is bulldozing the Victorian buildings that are so lovely and the parts of the city mentioned are in desperate need of a revamp. Suchiehall street was getting pretty dire even before half of it burned down. I just hope it encourages a mix of uses, a cleaned up or new build and place with another load of pound shops and shitey tourist tat places would be a real waste.
