| Comment | Booze and fags are legal, just not for all ages. However, an outright ban would see them taken out of most shops. That'll lead to a massive reduction.
You'll still see them, aye, bound to be some shops that risk a fine and people will still buy them in other councils like North Lan and so on.
I reckon this will be a domino effect, other councils will eventually do the same, until it's too much hassle to try get an elf bar |
