Three's 4G bandwidth in big chunks of Glasgow is fuck awful; it'll say you're connected and have 4G but nothing actually loads. I've just turned it down to 3G and it mostly works fine, though that's a fairly shit thing for a user to have to do. I'll be switching away from them to someone else as soon as I can arsed looking into it all.
