Please don’t let language stop you from visiting your doctor. Call your GP and ask for an appointment with an interpreter, they might be there in person or do it over the phone.
I’ve known a lot of people here through my work that have lost lives, not knowing they have access to interpreters and avoiding visits to the doctor. It’s really heartbreaking
