If you can afford it a PT is the way to go.
I started with one a few years back and started with 1 session a week and i honestly gained more out that 1 hour a week than any other classes i went to or times i went to the gym myself.
It done wonders for my fitness/weight but also my mental health - the PT can show you the most efficient excercises to do and give you structured workout plans - a lot of the things i was doing at the gym before were nowhere near as beneficial as id thought they were. |
