I had a pal adopt a kitten from Ukraine of all places. I thought this was a wind up but no joke a lovely couple in a wee van came and dropped off a few animals to folks then away back to Ukraine. This is before the war so I don't know they still operate I doubt the male from the couple will still be able to if they are.
