I may have just been really lucky but ive used 2 PTs(both through the sports direct/everlast gyms) and they were fantastic. Both gave a free trial session to see if i was comfortable with their training and then both suggested i pay per session to make sure i was enjoying it before buying batch sessions.
I dont doubt what youre saying about shady PTs - i guess like everything else its about doing your homeword and checking them out as opposed to rushing in. |
