Thats an absolute cop out. I'm the youngest of 4 from Castlemilk and we had absolutely fuck all growing up and my maw would still clatter me to this day for littering.
Its just about no being a clatty bastard.
Other cities that have deprived areas aren't as bad as Glasgow is for litter. Its a cultural problem, no a class problem.
