Everyone here is gonna tell you that the likelyhood of finding a flat with your requirements are very very slim. The market is extremely bad in Glasgow with landlords asking for stupid shit like 12months rent up front.
You're absolutely best looking outside the city/ city centre into the surrounding satelite towns - EK, Motherwell, Cumbernauld etc and commuting to your work.
