Compass is a fucking monster had 2 management jobs with different branches of compass elior/Ra the money pinching and pressure to meet gp% was horrible. Routinely heard of chefs keeping cooked chips to the next day.
Hated it however after 2 years I got paid for being off sick so milked that a bit b4 a sacked it.
