The cancellations need to be manually inputted. It’s a laborious process and with the volume at First Bus it would essentially be a full time job.
AFAIK First have made this an additional responsibility of the on duty depot controller. Given the tasks they will have to deal with, an on the spot cancellation update for the app will be low down on the priority list. They simply won’t have the time. |
