| Comment | I was in the building when it was being renovated to the Grand Central - they showed me some of the horrors the previous owner did. Painting over murals and tiles, shitty flooring over beautiful mosaics, windows painted over to have a dark room for a club/disco room, I think. Those shitty lowered ceilings that hid the cornicing. The new owners didn't even know all of what they were getting until they started renovating |
