| Comment | I deal with contracts and regs all day everyday and have never, ever, heard of any kind of clause or MOU like the one you describe. How is it enforced? Who arbitrates it? What are the standards and who measures them? What is the appeal process, what penalties are assessed and who pays for it all?
Can you link me an example of a legally enforceable document like the one you describe? In my experience people who might not have the best knowledge of these things tend to assume much more is possible than really is. |
