Comment | Staff had also sent multiple letters over months, not just one. They’d ignored MULTIPLE attempts prior. Another case of nobody getting breaks because short staffed - 2 chefs maybe 3 I can’t recall quit in January and have been replaced with 1 chef just last week.
Per usual there is a multitude of issues that were attempted to be dealt with previously, and were subsequently ignored.
