| Comment | Do you mean the fibre uplink is not available or that your WiFi is not available? These are not the same things.
If it is the uplink, then that is almost certainly down to Vodafone to sort out. You can try unplugging, waiting five mins, and plugging it all back in (old VM trick, may no apply to fibre); but I'm guessing you've tried something like that.
If it is just the WiFi, you can probably sort that. Connect via a cable and go into the router settings to make sure the radios are on, what SSID is being used etc. Vodafone should have a guide available on what needs done.
Once into the router management page, you might get some indication what any uplink issue is. But I'd be surprised if Vodafone don't already know.
If you have VM in the area, tell Vodafone you're leaving. You won't need to pay any penalty as they're in breach. |
