| Comment | I was having trouble with my memory and it had a knock on effect to my mental health, I phoned my doctor and they referred me to a mental health unit and I got an appointment within a few months. Aye it took a few months but my case was overly serious. I then went through a year of phycology therapy and then physiatrist therapy and it really helped. Now a year on, my mental health has declined again, so I emailed the clinic up last week and I’ve got a phone call appointment next Tuesday.
I’ve maybe got lucky but I think if you’ve got the right doctor, they’ll help you as much as possible. |
