| Comment | In Pollok Park there are fences and the vast majority of people walk along them with dogs off lead without an issue. This owner was clearly irresponsible as fuck and does not have any control over the animal (repeatedly shouting its name but no actual command - other than ‘don’t do that’ which the dog won’t understand - is a basic error). So yeah, this person’s a stupid prick, but that doesn’t mean the 99.9% of dog owners who walk their dogs off lead in Pollok Park are also at fault |
