| Comment | Cant really help you on the job front but as for buying a house: for 50 K it's not going to be great. I would strongly recommend waiting until you finished your degree and are settled into a role and decide then. For the price you mentioned you either get somewhere in a neighborhood that will have you on the phone to the polis and/or the suicide helpline twice a day, or somewhere that needs tons of work done, and you sound like you don't need either.
