Since they are 2 and 4

Glasgow Science Centre (has a great child’s play area on 1st floor)

The children’s playpark at Burrell Collection (grownups get to see the Burrell Collection, kids get a great playground and a chance to see some highland cows)

Kelvingrove Museum and House for an Art Lover in Bellahouston Park have a decent play parks in close vicinity

If you drive 60 minutes down the coast, Culzean County Park, Scottish castle, deer, lovely walks and importantly has a great children’s park at the Swan Pond. You can even pop into Alloway on drive down to see Robert Burns stuff (Tam O’Shanter Experience & the Brig O’Doon)

Drive 45 min north to Balloch for Loch Lomond, you have the SeaLife Loch Lomond Aquarium and Balloch Park nearby to entertain kids if required
