Self-hosting your services like Nextcloud etc, running a VPN so your home is your exit node (handy for the likes of Netflix), multiple people working from home (video calls, large file transfers etc).
Note that it is *up to* 1Gbps, you don't **have to** buy that level of service from the likes of Zen or Vodafone.
