| Comment | Above poster has given a good answer. Internet doesn't vary in cost with usage, and lighting costs very little. Your biggest area of concern would be heating. Some people I know who can wfh decide not to because they can go into a heated office for free (other than travel costs) rather than pay for heating their own home.
TBH though, it seems like your relationship with your flatmate is breaking down and it's worth strongly considering moving on as it doesn't seem saveable from what you've said. |
